I . It appears that they are approaching 100% impervious surface. What is the standard? 30 %?
What were the ponds in the area designed for?
2. We should require that the old access to the east of their existing eastern 60 Street access
be closed. Curb added. The landscaping plans show plantings there so they should also
close it.
3. If they still plan to use their well for car washing they need to install a water meter on the car
wash for sewer only billing. If they plan on using the City water for car wash we need to
evaluate the size of the water meter.
The plans do not appear to interfere with water or sewer services.
