North. The application consists of requests for Design Guidelines and site plan review
for a remodel to the building as well as parking lot and landscape improvements. With
this letter we are notifying you that the application is not complete. The City will deem it
complete with receipt of the following items by June 24, 2015:
1. Provide a current survey of the property.
2. Provide a landscape plan/site plan that includes the proposed landscape island
entrance.
3. Provide specifications for the proposed wall mounted light fixtures. Will there be
any other new site lighting proposed?
4. Provide color elevations of the building.
5. Provide the size of the proposed wall signs and the plans for the pylon sign.
6. A building materials sample board will be required for the Planning Commission.
We would invite you and your representatives to a staff meeting on June 24, 2015 at
10:30 AM at City Hall to discuss these issues and address any questions you may have.
If all of the application materials are submitted as requested, the Planning Commission
would consider the application at a meeting scheduled for July 9, 2015 at 7:00 PM in the
City Hall Council chambers. If the materials are not received by June 24, 2015, the
application will not be deemed complete and Panning Commission review would need
to be delayed until the materials are received and the application deemed complete.
