Discussion was held re cross easements to allow for access to the propert
to the east of Rainbow Foods. Keith Alstad of Oppidan commented that he would
be cooperative with establishin a cross easement but does not want to pa for it.
Ma Beaudet, seconded b Councilmember B moved to strike condition
#12 of the planner's report. Motion withdrawn.
Ma Beaudet moved to add to condition # 12 in the planner's report to state that
this roadwa access must be to the benefit of the Rainbow owner. Motion died
for lack of a second.
Councilmember B seconded b Swenson, moved to an-lend condition 4 12 to
state that the owners of the propert shall a to a future cross-easement.
Carried 4 — 0.
Ma Beaudet, seconded b Councilmember Swenson, moved to approve the
PUD subject to Plannin Commission and planner's report conditions as
amended. Carried 4 — 0.

variance re as approved b the Plannin Commission. Carried 4 — 0.

subject to Plannin Commission and planner's report conditions as amended.

F. Stillwater Ford.
Communit Development Director Danielson reported that she has met with
Denn Hecker, owner of StIlwater Ford, re overni parkin of new
vehicles at the Oak Park Ponds shoppin center.
Mr. Hecker explained that due to construction dela and earl deliver of
vehicles more space is needed for stora of vehicles. Mr. Hecker re
temporar relief until the expansion is complete and blacktoppin installed,
approximatel 90 da
Attorne Vierlin noted that Stillwater Ford needs a ph presence in the
buildin in order to use parkin spaces. Planner Richards added that parkin is a
listed accessor use, but cars cannot be sold from that site.
