MEETING AUGUST 5, 2015
RANGE 082 INDOOR SHOOTING
INFORMATION REQUESTED FOR REVIEW MEETING 8-5-2015
1. Submit original application with signatures in ink. Will be provided at meeting August 5th
2. Provide a survey of the property with a preliminary plat. See attached survey dated July 27, 2015
prepared by Westwood.
3. Provide an environmental waste recovery and removal plan for the site. See attached letter from Action
Target dated July 27, 2015.
4. Provide pictures of the site including a view from Highway 5. See attached site photos (4).
5. Identify materials and plans for the eight foot fence proposed on the Memorial avenue side of the
building. See Revised Elevation Sheet A-3 dated Aragttst 5 . 9( --
6. Provide a building material board with colors for the Planning Commission meeting. Will be provided at
Planning Commission meeting.
7. Provide the percentage of glass on the Highway 5 facade. Thirty-six percent. (36%) as seen on Revised
Elevation Sheet A-3 dated Attgtlst-3`d. 8f 4
8. Revise the plans so that the trail will extend the length of the property on Memorial Avenue. Present
drainage ditch engineering is not conducive to any kind of path. Trail should be included in a
comprehensive plan. Further discussion at meeting.
9. Provide fixture specifications for all building wall and site lighting. See Revised Site Lighting Sheet A-1
dated August 3rd and attached Specifications (2) for Fixtures A, W and S.
10. Indicate on the plans the location of the trash/recycling area for the building. See Revised Floor Plan A-2
dated August 3rd.
11. Provide sign dimensions and plans for how the signs will be lit. See Sign Plan A-4 dated Aagnst8rd Q)/'4"
12. Landscape plan should be revised so that Skyline Honeylocust are removed from parking lot�i'slla�nds and
replaced with Japanese Tree Lilac. See Revised Landscape Plan Sheet
13. Provide locations for mechanical equipment, whether it is mounted on the rooftop or ground, and indicate
how it will be screened from Highway 5 and Memorial Avenue North. See Revised Elevation Sheet A-3
dated 3rd Q ` 4.
14. City Staff raised concerns regarding,culverts and the drainage swale in the City easement area. To be
discussed at meeting August 5th
15. City Staff also discussed the facades on the Northeast, Southwest and Northwest sides. We should
discuss whether the elevations could be provided with more detailing to break up the blank appearance
of the building. See Revised Elevation Sheet A-3 dated August-3'd. Addition of large metal scuppers and
diffusion rock system will address the concern of blank wall. %I4..
