MN. Washington County Recently, Denny Hecker's Stillwater Ford Lincoln- Mercury has consolidated its sales and service a rkin to be confined to the lot located at 12969 60 St. N. i n p g Oak Park Heights, MN. Our original plan for the parking capacities at this address were a total of 644 spaces. We have condensed the number of displayed vehicles as follows: 325 New vehicles. This number to be reduced and maintained at 250 units. 105 Used vehicles. This amount may vary slightly but should never exceed 140. 80 vehicles maximum service parking & storage. 20 customer vehicles for sales and parts sales at any given time. This total, at the present tune, equals 530 units before the mandatory new vehicle reduction to 250 which Would reduce this number once again to 455 displayed and customer vehicles at any given time. As you can clearly see; we have ample space to completely self contain our entire operation at the above mentioned address. Please feel free to call or visit this location for an inspection of the property. We Would be available to you at your convenience. Sincerely, Chuck E m ick General Manager 612.701.7012 cellular
