P cL Re® Denny Hecker's Stillwater Ford Conditional Use Permit X01 -10 -46 In late 2001 our client, Jacob Holdings of Stillwater LLC and Denny Hecker's Stillwater Ford, received a CUP permit per Resolution No 01-10-46 attached hereto to allow for off-site parking at Lot 1, Block 1, Jacob 2 Addition (the permit says Block 2 but there is no Block 2) which property is in the process of being sold. We would like to have this CUP permit terminated. All parking for the use of Denny Hecker's Stillwater Ford has been removed from this site and his currently located at Denny Hecker's Stillwater Ford. Enclosed is a letter from Chuck Emick, the General Manager of Denny Hecker's Stillwater Ford, outlining the current parking situation along with a site map.
