On September 30, 2002, a notice of probable violation was sent to y ou eternizin five areas of noncompliance
with the erosion control re of y our permit. The notice specified actions needed to g ain compliance
and re that those actions be taken b October 10, 2002. An October 11, 2002 inspection found that in
response to item 3, riprap had been placed in the ditch and the entr pipe was free of sediment. No
action otherwise had been taken with respect to an of the five items.

presented.
