Bloomington, MN 55437 Re: 14791 60th St. N.,Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 Closed Business Signage Compliance Request—Follow Up To Whom It May Concern: Enclosed herein please find my letter of June 5, 2015, wherein you were directed to bring the multi- tenant sign at the above-referenced, vacant property into compliance. As of today, the sign has had its face panels and lighting source removed. It remains non-compliant as "blank faces" as required by City Ordinance 401.15.G.15.c have not yet been installed to the openings left by the sign panels. This letter is the City's second request for Out of Business Sign Compliance. Two options are available to meet compliance. The first is to have blank panels placed to the sign openings to satisfy out of business sign compliance. White colored panels shall be fully opaque, so that no light may emit through them. The second is to remove the sign structure entirely. Install blank panels to the sign structure or remove it entirely no later than Tuesday, July 21, 2015. Failure to bring this signage into compliance will compel the City to consider further action, including possible citation(s), revocation of permits or other penalties necessary to gain compliance. Please note removal of the structure will require a demolition permit, which can be obtained by contact me at(651)439-4439. Additionally, the yard area at the site is in need of mowing. Have it attended to immediately and maintained regularly. Your prompt attention to this request is required. Contact me immediately with any questions.
