OPH Staff-
I have spoken with the landscape contractor for the Oakgreen Senior Living Phase 3 building(30 unit senior memory care)on north
end of the development, and he said that the landscaping(some planting, grading and turf behind the building)will be completed
within approximately the next 3 weeks. They are waiting for the excavation contractor to come back to do some catch basins and
grading. Once that has been accomplished, Lisa can inspect the site and sign off on the work if it has been completed.

OPH Staff-
I inspected the installed landscaping at the Oakgreen Senior Living Project Phase Ill on Mon.8/10/15. The landscaping indicated to
be planted on the approved landscape plan dated 12/10/12 is present except for the omission of some daylilies in front of the
building(no room)and the moving of utility boxes and landscape screening from the north side of the building to the west side.
Several serviceberry and some ninebark shrubs indicated on the plan in the middle of the building on the north side have not been
planted. Landscape grading and planting on the north side of the building has not yet been completed. Please contact me if you
have any questions regarding this inspection or report.
