However there are two items that we need to keep track of: 1. The site at 14702 60th Street of does maintain an Interim Use Permit(see attached)for car sales through 10/23/15.After that date, this site may not be used for automobile sales and would be subject to the general zoning rules of a standard commercial lot, being a B-2 classification. You may of course petition the City Council for an extension to this timeline or seek Conditional Use Permit.Alternatively,if you believe you have a development plan pending for submission, for the overall site such extension may not be necessary. 2. As you have removed the canopy at the former gas station site, the City is seeking to finalize the pending use of allocated dollars from the previous land owner(D.Hecker)who failed to implement the required site amendments and actions. If you have any timelines on the execution of the required document and the finalizing of its elements, the City would be int sted to similarly do so.Enclosed again is the required document sample. As al , pie - :ive me a call if you have any questions. ind Reg- d/ icJ• •n City - • inistrator fWeekly notes CANOPY REMOVAL AGREEMENT THIS CANOPY REMOVAL AGREEMENT (THE 'AGREEMENT') IS ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN LEONARD INVESTMENTS LLC (THE 'OWNER")AND THE CITY OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA(THE 'CITY') AS OF THE DAY OF .2015.
