Le vy Other No Recommendation SASMRI D\Fonns1COUNCIL ACTION REQUE- ST.doc RESOLUTION Nov PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THAT THE REQUEST BY STILLWATER FORD, LOCATED AT 12969 NORTH 60 STREET, FOR SIGN VARIANCES BE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS WHEREAS, the City of Oak Park Heights has received a request q t for sign variances to allow three pylon signs, a monument sin and wall sign . si g s at the automobile dealership located on property at 12969 North 60 Street• and after h aving ' • � g conducted a public hearing relative thereto the Planning Commission of Oak Park Heights ' g makes the following findings of facto 1. The real property affected by said application is leg ally described folio ws, to wit: p g y bed as SEE ATTACHMENT A and The applicant has submitted an application and sup porting documentation pp g to the Community Development Department consisting of the followin g items: SEE ATTACHMENT B and 2. The subject site is zoned B-2, General Business District in which hich automobile dealerships with outdoor sales are an conditional use; and 3. Stillwater Ford received approval by the City Council of the Cit y of Oak Park Heights on , 1999 for a conditional use permit for . p the expansion and remodeling of the car dealership building and site; and 4. Stillwater Ford requests sign variances to allow for three pylon • py signs a monument sign, and wall signs that exceed the requirements of allowable signs found within Section 401.15.G.8 of the zoning Ordinance of the City of Oak Park Heights and 9 5.
