Thank you for all of the time and expertise that you have afforded my
personel to date on this project. You have been extremely helpful and
1 look forward to working with you on this project.
Stillwater Motor Company began serving the greater St Croix Valley in
1922 under the ownership of Arthur Raduenz. Approximately fifty years
later, this family owned business relocated their operations to their
current location with a larger facility to meet the growing needs of their
clients and the area. They have always strived to be a strong presence
in the community and now, under the leadership of D.J. Raduenz, are looking
to expand their operations one more time to better serve this great
community. The proposed expansion would take place in two phases. The
first phase would include a larger service area and a new parking area to
the West to replace the lost stalls. The second phase would include a
new show floor and some remodeling work. As always, the Raduenz family,
and their employees, are committed to the future success of the Oak Park
Heights and the greater St. Croix Valley.
