As you may recall, the July 26, 2005 conditional use permit and variance approvals for
the Stillwater Motors dealership included a condition related to three and five year
phasing of improvements related to parking setbacks, curbs and stormwater drainage
systems. A copy of the conditional use permit and variance is attached.
The specific condition related to the parking setbacks, curbs and stormwater drainage
systems is found as follows:
1. All parking setbacks, curbs and stormwater drainage systems shall be
constructed and brought into compliance with the Zoning Ordinance regulations
in accordance with the three and five year phasing plan as indicated on the
approved site plans dated 6/15/05 (copies on file in City offices).
A copy of the phasing plan dated 6/15/05 is also attached. Please note that the three
year phasing area includes the parking within the southeastern corner of the property.
Plans for this construction should be brought forward for City staff/City Engineer review
prior to construction. We would expect that these improvements be completed no later
than September 30, 2008.

If you would like to amend the timing of this condition, an amended conditional use
permit will be required. Please contact Eric Johnson, City Administrator at
651.439.4439 if you would like to apply for an amendment.
