The application consists of a request for a conditional use permit to allow for the open and outdoor storage within the B-2 District. With this letter we are notifying you that the application is not complete. The City will deem it complete with receipt of the following items by October 21, 2015: 1. Provide mailing labels from Washington County as required in the application materials. 2. Provide square footages of all the tenant spaces in the shopping mall. For Carbone's, provide the square footages of the total amount of seating area, and the total square footage of kitchen area. 3. Provide a narrative explaining the business and outlining the number of cars that may be parked at any one time and for what duration. Also indicate the average number of employees during office hours. 4. If available, provide a plan for the exterior signage for the business. We would invite you and your representatives to a staff meeting on October 21, 2015 at 10:30 AM at City Hall to discuss these issues and address any questions you may have. If the information is submitted on time, the Planning Commission would consider the application at a meeting scheduled for November 12, 2015 at 7:00 PM in the City Hall Council chambers. If the application is acted on by the Planning Commission at that meeting, the City Council would review it at their December 8, 2015 meeting. Richard Reeves Page 2 Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, Sub. 3(f), the City of Oak Park Heights is herewith extending the period of time for agency/city review of the application for an additional 60 day period (for a total of 120 days from the date of application) inasmuch as the City has determined that additional research and study by the City staff relative to the complexity of the project as proposed will be required.
