Dear Mr. Reeves:
The City is in receipt of your application materials submitted on September 25, 2015 to
allow for open and outside storage of vehicles for a MAACO retail sales office at the
Stillwater Crossing, located at 5956 Osgood Avenue North. The application consists of
a request for a conditional use permit to allow for the open and outdoor storage within
the B-2 District. With this letter we are notifying you that the application is not complete.
The City will deem it complete with receipt of the following items by October 21, 2015:
1. Provide mailing labels from Washington County as required in the
application materials.
2. Provide square footages of all the tenant spaces in the shopping mall.
For Carbone's, provide the square footages of the total amount of seating
area, and the total square footage of kitchen area.
3. Provide a narrative explaining the business and outlining the number of
cars that may be parked at any one time and for what duration. Also
indicate the average number of employees during office hours.
4. If available, provide a plan for the exterior signage for the business.
We would invite you and your representatives to a staff meeting on October 21, 2015 at
10:30 AM at City Hall to discuss these issues and address any questions you may have.
If the information is submitted on time, the Planning Commission would consider the
application at a meeting scheduled for November 12, 2015 at 7:00 PM in the City Hall
Council chambers. If the application is acted on by the Planning Commission at that
meeting, the City Council would review it at their December 8, 2015 meeting.
