General Conditions
Application Review
fhe undersigned acknowledges that before this request can be considered andior approved, all
required information and fees, including any deposits, must be paid to the City. An incomplete
application will be returned to the applicant. The app ication approval process commences and
an application is considered complete when all required :reformation and fees are submitted
appropriately to the City.
Professional Fee Responsibility
It is the understanding of the unders: ed that alt City incurred professional fees and expenses
associated with the processing of this request(s)will bei promptly paid upon receipt. if payment
is not received from the applicant, the properly owner acknowledges and agrees to be
responsible for the unpaid fee balance either by direct payment or a special assessment
against the property.
Applicants will be billed on a monthly bas's ler Planning, Engineering, Legal and Community

Holmga Office Parcel Legal Description
Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 all 'n Block 6, McMillan and Cooley's Addition to Stillwater
according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the County Recorder, Washington
County, Minnesota, together with the vacated part of Wallace Street immediately adjoining and
abutting Lots 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, Block 7 of said addition. Except that part of vacated Wallace Street
lying Easterly of the East line of Fourth Street(now known as Osgood Avenue North) and Southwesterly
of a line beginning at the intersection of the East line of Fourth Street(now known as Osgood Avenue
North)and the North line of vacated Wallace Street; thence run Southeasterly to a point on the south
line of said vacated Wallace Street 160.2 feet Easterly of its intersection with the East line of Fourth
Street(now known as Osgood Avenue North)being the Northwest corner of Lot 11, Block 7, McMillan
and Cooley's Addition to Stillwater.
And also except those parts of Lots 15 and 16, block 6, McMillan and Cooley's Addition to Stillwater,
