RE: Boutwells Landing Development Application for Amendment to PUD
Dear Mr. Johnson:
You have recently received the development application for the completion of the Village Green
project at Boutwells Landing. Kirk Velett has been your liaison for this project and is also
working closely with Boutwells Landing and Presbyterian Homes staff.
Kirk indicated that he has or will respond to the request for additional information by Mr. Scott
Richards, detailed in a memo dated November 18, 2015, with two exceptions. Kirk asked me to
send to you the labels, parcel map, and parcel search relating to all parcels within 500 feet of the
project parcel. You will find these items enclosed.
The second exception is a revision to the landscape plan, which will include an itemized list of
the size of each tree to be removed. This revised plan will come directly to your office from
Savannah Designs by Wednesday,November 25.
