Re: Home Occupation Permit Renewal - 2016
Dear Todd:
I have not yet received your 2016 home occupation permit renewal for your sign
company business at 15207 63rd St. N. Your 2015 Home Occupation License will
expire December 31, 2015.
If you plan to continue your business operation, City Ordinance requires that you
renew your license for 2016, please remit your renewal fee of $15.00 prior to 4:30
p.m., Thursday, December 31, 2015. Your check should be made payable to the City
of Oak Park Heights and directed to my attention.
If the scope of your permitted home occupation has changed since your permit was
approved or if the home occupation will no longer be operating within the City of
Oak Park Heights after December 31, 2015, please contact me, as to the scope
change, so that your home occupation permit can be reviewed and updated
accordingly. Examples of a scope change would be a home based office business that
now receives customers or a home based office business, where work primarily
occurred away from the home but is now occurring at the home.
