TO THE CITY BUILDING DEPARTMENT

City of Oak Park Heights to erect a fence upon or within five(5)feet of my property line(s)
located at the following address:

Be it further known that,in compliance with City Ordinance 401.15.E and the request
of the Building Department of said City,I have notified in writing or have spoken with the
property owners adjoining my own property of my intentions.
By their signature below and/or attached written notification,each of these property
owners have been notified of my intention to erect a fence as outlined on the backside of this
page.

Notification of Intent to Install a Fence
Dear Neighbor,
In compliance with City Ordinance 401.15.E of the City of Oak Park Heights, please consider this as a
written notification that I intend to install a 5 foot maintenance free black chain link fence upon the
west and south property lines located at the following address:
15087 Upper 63rd Street North
Oak Park Heights,MN 55082
The fence will start at an alignment of the north west corner of the property's garage and run south
along the property line to the south west corner of the lot and follow the southern border of the
property to the south east corner of the lot.
The property lines were determined and corner pins either located or installed by a Minnesota state
licensed surveyor.
