SURVEY REPORT On June 24,2015 I personally conducted a survey of the property located at 5919 Oldfield Ave. N,Oak Park Heights,Minnesota.The legal description for the property is Lot 1, Block 2,Albert's Addition, Washington County,Minnesota. Multiple irons were found at 3 of the 4 corners of the property. At the northeast corner of the property was found a capped pipe bearing the license no. 13774 which I found to be within acceptable tolerances.A rebar was found o.43 feet west of this pipe.A steel 1'solid pin was found 5.03 feet west of the accepted northeast corner which was also off the property line by 0.58 feet. At the northwest corner were found 2 irons 0.14 feet apart.The easterly of these 2 irons was found to be acceptable at a point 0.5 feet deep where the bent pipe straightened. At the southwest corner I set a pipe 0.56 feet in a westerly direction from a found pipe.This found pipe did not fit with the other 3 pipe found along the right of way of Oldfield Avenue. The iron which stood alone was at the southeast corner of the property.The license number had been damaged, but the first 3 numbers were 128.This pipe was found to be acceptable A pipe with the license number 13774 was found on the northerly east-west line 60.02 feet west of the iron at the northeast corner of the property and found to be accurately on this line. I set a line point bearing my license number on the southerly east-west line 67.14'east of the southwest corner of the property. Stillwater, MN 55082 The fence will be a chain link fence that is 3.5' in height. The necessary property corner surveying irons were located/set by a registered Minnesota surveyor to verify the property lines in June 2015.
