RE: "Noise"Ordinance Violation
Dear Randy,
As you likely are aware Stillwater Bowl has held two outdoor band events(5/31 and 5/17).This activity is not permitted and your
staff has been advised that such noise is not permitted in the City. Please note the City has received written complaints.
Your site manager, indicates that she contacted the City for permission for the 5/17 event. This appears to be different from what
City Staff have indicated to me,stating that no permissions were granted as she(Ridci?)simply asked about hours of event
operation and did not offer a specific date, event or any information that anything was specifically planned. If this was a
miscommunication on both your Staff and City Staff please use this letter as a full clarification to move forward. With that—
moving forward perspective, the City Nuisance Ordinance—1109.04 F.6 and its subparts(see below)unilaterally apply in all
respects and will be enforced and subject to citation which can carry a fine of up to$700.(This ordinance also applies to your
outdoor speakers)
