If it was built prior to 1/1/1973 it would receive grandparent credit. For the size and use, it appears it
would just receive the minimum 1 SAC for the reported Demolition.

Happy New Year Jessie!
The old Erickson Post (also known as Sprint&Amoco)_gas station/convenience nrurt and its gas island canopy was
demolished this past July. You may recall the building at the corner of Osgood Ave. and 60th St. (across from Walgreen's).
The physical address on our file is 14738 60th St. N.,though at one time the property had some connection with the adjacent
parcel (family business-Sutler's Liquor) at 6118 Osgood Ave. N.
Well,anyway, I am seeing that they connected to water and sewer in August 1972 and that the structure is 1,658 sq.
ft. The original notation for the connection is Ivar Erickson-Robert Post. I am not seeing any original construction plans or
SAC charges paid. I do have an early 1980's permit for the construction of a canopy over the gas pump island.
I know there was at least one restroom at the building. What would be required to determine any sac credit for the site for
the property owner? Is sac credit even possible?
