You were kind enough to communicate back on the 14th of December as to notifying your sign vendor to remove bulbs left within the existing sign frames. This has not yet occurred. While the bulbs do need to be removed, the requirements of City Ordinance 401.15.G.15.c. do also need to be addressed. • Wall signs within cabinets do require a blank panel to be inserted to the cabinet. The panel should be black. This applies to message boards as well. Alternately the wall cabinet(s) could be removed, with any needed patching of the facade taken care of at that time. Additionally,as noted earlier light vandalism has occurred at the site; primarily to the wall pack lighting at the east side of the building. Some of these lights have been tugged down. The mailbox and planters have been used for trash disposal and should be kept clear or removed. Kindly remove the existing sign frames from the building and repair the facade as appropriate or remove the bulbs from the sign frames and have black panels inserted to all of them no later than February 22, 2016. Also, please have the site monitored for ongoing maintenance to the exterior and the parking area. Your prompt attention is requested. Please contact me with any questions you may have.
