Dear Mr, Thron and Ms. Thron,
Upon my review of your Variance and Conditional Use Permit as issued by the City m 2003, one of the
condition you have not yet addressed was the reconstruction of your parking lot that lies within. the City
right of way. Specifically, you must reconstruct this parking area to only accommodate three parking
spaces and the balance shall be returned to green space (lawn),
Accordingly, please remit a plan to my attention within 45 days of the date of this letter for our review that
effectively addresses this condition of your Permit. Enclosed you will find a copy of you Permit as
recorded with Washington County. I would refer you to Sec It sub 3.
