Mayor McComber pulled Item E. Councilmember Runk, seconded by
Councilmember Dougherty,moved to approve the remainder of the Consent
Agenda. Roll call vote taken. Carried 5-0.
Councilmember Runk,seconded by Councilmember Dougherty, moved to
approve Item E. Carried 5-07

VII. Old Business:
Ordering the Razing of a Hazardous Building— 15105 63rd Street N: City
0A.
Administrator Johnson reported that the City had two options for the
il UCC\&n property at 15105 63"Street North. He stated option 1 was to continue
through the court process whereby the City would perform the demolition
under the District Court's order.and option 2 was to approve an
agreement with the property owners whereby the City had their direct
permission to perform the work and assess costs hack at zero percent
interest over five years and which would suspend the legal proceedings.
Property owner Wayne Hellerman was present at the meeting and
,----17 requested more time to remove belongings from the property.
Couneilmember Swenson,seconded by Councilmember Runk,moved to
approve the contract authorized by the City to continue the demolition
process with demolition to occur on February 16,2016. Roll call vote
taken. Carried 5-0,
Councilmember Swenson,seconded by Councilmember Liljegren,moved
to authorize staff to obtain bids and make an award to the lowest qualified
bidder. Carried 5-0.
