The terms of the agreement are as follows: 1. Materials will be identical and maintained similar 2. The fence section joining the two fences will be a shared cost between the two property owners at the time of construction. The percentage cost will be allocated based on the percentage of the section separated by the lot line. For example: If the joining section is 2 feet and the distance is equally split between the properties to the lot line,the cost of the section construction would be equally split(50/50). 3. The miantanence and up keep of the joined fence would be the property owner up to the fence picket separated by the lot line. Please place this document in the permit files of both property owners for the purpose of future clarification about this action.
