AGREEMENT AND SWORN STATEMENT
The work for which this permit is issued shall be
performed according to : (1) the conditions of this
permit; (2)the approval plans and specifications;(3)the
applicable city approvals, Ordinances,and Codes; and,
(4) the State Building Code.This permit is for only the
work described, and does not grant permission for
additional or related work which requires separate
permits.This permit will expire and become null and
void if work is not started within 180 days,or if work
is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days any
time after work has commenced. The applicant is
responsible for assuring all required inspections are
requested in conformance with the Minnesota State Building
Code.

Subject: Rear Property Fence(58th Street)
Date: August 5th,2004
Per your recommendation,the following is a documented agreement between the current
property owners of 5670 & 5680 Newgate Circle North residence to mutually join the
rear fence sections on 58th Street. The terms of the agreement are as follows:
1. Materials will be identical and maintained similar
2. The fence section joining the two fences will be a shared cost between the two
property owners at the time of construction. The percentage cost will be allocated
based on the percentage of the section separated by the lot line. For example: If
the joining section is 2 feet and the distance is equally split between the properties
to the lot line,the cost of the section construction would be equally split(50/50).
3. The miantanence and up keep of the joined fence would be the property owner up
to the fence picket separated by the lot line.
Please place this document in the permit files of both property owners for the purpose of
future clarification about this action.
