Pending compliance with Ordinance 402 . 07 Subd. H of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Oak Park Heights, the undersigned
does hereby escrow $1, 000 . 00 with the City of Oak Park Heights as
security for compliance with the following items that are pending
completion on the lot above identified.
Satisfactory completion and inspection of the above items
are to be made within thirty days of the issuance of the
Certificate of Occupancy. With this, the Building Department
will release escrow back to the Developer/Owner. Should the
Developer/Owner fail to complete the above items, the City
of Oak Park Heights is authorized to complete such items at
the Developer' s/Owner' s expense and charge the same against
the escrow, refunding thereafter any unused portion.
