Good Afternoon Everyone,
Casey asked me to send an update out to everyone regarding the comment from the City requesting a ghost plat for the
McCullough property. In talking with Eric Johnson,their expectation of the ghost plat was for us to show, as a
placeholder access to the McCullough property.The County and McCullough prefer not to show the access at this time.
Eric relented on the requirement, at least until we meet next week. For now, we do not need to show the ghost plat as
part of the Preliminary Plat. I do believe that the plat will need to depict the McCullough property in whatever form
required by the City and/or County standards.
