Anything beyond this scope, including but not limited to firewood and water softener salt requires a conditional use permit and is not permitted until such time that a CUP is applied for and granted by the City. Over the weekend Holiday Station Store outside "for sale" items included displays of firewood and water softener in addition to permissible items. Those displays were in place yet today at the time of my site visit. Have the firewood and water softener salt displays removed from exterior of the property by the end of the day Sunday, December 2. 2007. A site visit will be made, Monday, December 3rd, to confirm removal of the firewood and water softener display's and to determine whether or not the site is compliant to the allowable outdoor storage—"for sale" items criteria. If the site is not found to be compliant at the time of the site visit, you will be cited for City Ordinance violation. Once again, if you would like to apply for a Conditional Use Permit relative outside "for sale" items at this store, please contact myself or City Administrator Johnson to begin that process. Thank you for your attention to this request.
