Re: Garage Demolition and Reconstruction
Dear Mr. Skogen:
I received your permit application dated November 10, 2005 to remove an existing 1-1/2
care garage and construction of a 2-1/2 car garage in its place. A phone message was left
at your home on November 15th requesting two sets of plans for the new garage
construction. As of this letter,my office has not yet received plans.
I am returning your permit application and ask that you resubmit it with two sets of
construction plans for the new garage and a site plan showing its placement upon your
property,noting setback distances from your property lines. Please note that property
pins must be located. If you have a certificate of survey for your property,please include
a copy with your resubmitted permit application and materials.
Thank you for your attention to this request. I look forward to working with you on your
garage project.
