Re: Notice of Violation—Rubbish Accumulation
Oak Park Heights Nuisance Ordinance 1109
Dear Ms.Winegar:
Enclosed please find City Nuisance Ordinance 1109. I was by your residence today and observed
accumulations of items that may or may not be entirely rubbish to your driveway and front door entry(ie:
table, boxes,etc.). Please refer to section 1109.03,subsections E and I of the enclosed ordinance as they
pertain to such accumulations. This has been an ongoing violation despite the City's attempt to communicate
with you to gain compliance.
The accumulations at the doorway appear to be blocking clear exiting from the door. The obstruction of the
doorway, preventing exiting in the event of a fire or other similar safety event,creates a safety hazard. Please
remove items from the front entry immediately, so that the doorway is clearly free of obstruction.
Please also remove the items from the driveway no later than Monday,October 5, 2015. The entry area and
the driveway are to remain free of materials and accumulations to maintain ordinance compliance.
If you have items that you need to dispose of, please note that the City Fall Clean-up is being held Saturday,
October 3, 2015. For information regarding this free event, please contact City Hall at 651.439.4439.
