MN e Milwaukee, W1 Website: www.bonestroo.com March 29, 1999 KERI S CENTER CONSTRUCTIO In June 1998, the City of Oak Park Heights decided to provide water and sewer service for the lots in the .erns Center. The construction phase of this project is ready to begin. I xvould like to provide you with the contractor's schedule and the information that the City will require from you. Sc hedule The construction schedule is as follows: 1. In Early April NSP will be working on relocating the underground electric lines on Memorial Drive. Z. In Mid -April the contractor will begin construction of the sanitary sewer. The start point will be at the intersection of Hwy 5 and 55 Street. This sewer will be installed to approximately the Stillwater Business Center Buildings. 3. Water Main will be installed beginning at Hwy 5 and 55 Street. It rill be installed to the same location of the sanitary sewer. 4. Storm sewer will be installed between Xanadu Adventure Golf and Stillwater west and procedure to the northwest along Stillwater Business Center I. 5. Continue with Sanitary Se�A!er along Memorial Drive. As the construction proceeds, additional notices will be distributed to you providing project status and updates to the schedule. R _ uired Information A sanitary service and a water service will be installed to the property line of each lot. The purpose of the attached form is to let us know where you wish to have the service located. Instructions are located on the forrfi. I hope this letter provides you with an understanding on the initial construction phase of this project. Please fill out the enclosed Service Location Form and return to the City of Oak Park Heights by April 15, 1999. If you have any questions or concerns please pane me at (612) 550 - 7257. Directions: 1. Decide where you wish to have your sanitary and water service located. Both the water and sanitary will be located in the same trench. If you have an questions on the best location it is recommended that you contact a plumber. 2. There is a diagram on the reverse side. Sketch the location on the diagram. It is best if you dimension your desired location relative to your building or property line. 3. Fill out your name, address, and phone number on the form. 4. Return to the City of Oak Park Heights by .April 15, 1999. 5. The sanitary and water service will be installed where you indicated on this sheet. It will end at the property line. You can connect to these services as soon as the project is accepted for hookups or wait until some future date. A future notice will be sent to you once the construction and city acceptance occurs.
