Please review and call me if you have any questions. You may want to message the recommendation somewhat. I called David Fisher at NSP. We discussed my suggestion that NSP negotiate with John Haase for a dedicated street Right-of-Way. NSP is very willing to work something out, but they are concerned about reaching any kind of a "realistic" financial deal. However, I have tentatively set a meeting with him in your office Wednesday, Aug. 8th, at 9:00 a.m.. If this schedule works with you, please have someone call David Fisher at 330-5981 and confirm the date and time. I also spoke to Barry Stack, surveyor for John Haase. Barry has completed the preliminary survey work for John's Minor Subdivision and has scheduled next week to do the field work. He indicated he suggested John work with NSP on establishing a dedicated street, but John believes the Collector Street will connect from the east/west and therefore make his 100' drive way developable as two (2) commercial lots. I think NSP should be the negotiating party, and the City and NAC try to stay far removed. P.S. Are you a new Daddy yet?
