The City has received the additional information in order to satisfy the requirements for
a complete application to allow the construction of the Oak Park Heights Retail
development at the south west intersection of 60th Street and Krueger Lane. With this
letter we are informing you that the application is complete, with submittal of the
additional landscape plans as we discussed, and the City will move forward with
Planning Commission and City Council review.
Please find the following schedule of meetings at which this application would be
considered. Note that the schedule may change if the Planning Commission takes
more than one meeting for public input and consideration.
