When you sold the gun property -that was a MINOR Subdivision. The Pizza Ranch was a major—leaving the remaining lands. You are now proposing major subdivision of these remaining lands. Major is$400 with $2,000 escrow—based on number of lots (2? ) eric From:Sherri Schueller [mailto:sherris@minnwestbankgroup.com] Sent: Friday, May 6, 2016 1:26 PM To: Eric Johnson <eajohnson@cityofoakparkheights.com> Subject: FW: Oak Park Heights Furniture-Application Questions Eric, I just had our attorney review the information. When we sold off to the gun club and Pizza Ranch we did a major subdivision so she's thinking this will need to be a replat so she said I should send a check for$400 instead of$200 for the minor and $500 for escrow. Do you agree with that? I just want to get the correct amount to the city. Thank you for your assistance. The first attachment is the official application that needs to be signed and submitted to the City. The second attachment is just the Developers Packet that lists the application items, along with more items, for your reference. Since architecture has minimal submittal items, let's plan on Welsh sending their plans to Westwood for printing. Westwood will have the hard copies printed late Wednesday morning for Alex Young to pickup. 1
