It is the applicant's intention to occup the northern 3,900 s feet of the existin 7,032 s foot buildin and renovate the space to accommodate their business needs. The existin "DDD LL C developmenty$ was approved in 2001 as a PUD that allowed the pro to be constructed in two phases. In the Sprin of 2003, the ori plan was revised to allow a downsizin of the sub buildin ( Buildin g 2 and an increase in the size of the parkin lot.
