Operate an .AAMCO transmission service and repair center (there are over 750
nationwide )® The specialized nature of this business males it complimentary to a
general repair shop, such as Stillwater Auto Clinic. Plans are to have six lifts and
the required equipment and tools® Usually, an outside vendor provides tans for
trBans 'ssion fluid, oil, etc. and periodically removes waste and refills the tanks.
Staff would normally consists of owner, center manager, transmission builder,
(remove & reinstall) technician, and swin rnan (does both transmission building
and R&R work). vehicles are often in the shop for two or three days, so vehicle
volume/traffic is lower than a general repair shop. Business hours haven't been
finalized yet, however, 7:30 or :oo am to :04 or ®oD pm Monday through 'riday
and Saturday until noon are common.
Renovations of vacant 3,900 sq. ft space in existing automotive building to include:
a. Three (3) new 10x12 garage door openings
b® Relocation of one existing elan door
c® Build -out of two office areas, a customer waiting room, an employee
break/training room, and an AIWA. employee restroom (there is an existing A A.
customer restroom that needs to be finished)®
