("Tenants and Invitees") created b VSSA's predecessor -in- interest, Valle Senior
Service Alliance, dated Ma 18, 2000, filed in the office of the Washin Count
Re of Titles on Ma 30, 2000, as Document No. 1091192 ("Cross Easement "); and
F. The Propert is now the subject of certain redevelopment activities b VSSA which will,
inter alici, result in the construction of new improvements on portions of the Propert ( the
"Redevelopment" and
O. As a result of the Redevelopment, the Cross Easement is no lon re b the

a national banking association, by Assignment and Intercreditor Agreement dated November 1,
