SECTION 3. The Planning Commission of the City of Oak Park Heights
held a public hearing at their June 9,2016 meeting,took comments from
the public,and recommended that the City Council approve the amend-
ments as provided in this Ordinance.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage and publication.
PASSED this 27th day of June,2016 by the City Council of the City of
Oak Park Heights.
