PUBLIC HEARING
TO CONSIDER REQUEST
FOR
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) CONCEPT PLAN
FOR SKILLED CARE AND MEMORY CARE ADDITIONS TO BOUTWELLS
LANDING AT NORWICH AVENUE NORTH
AND FOR HISTORIC VILLAGE ADDITION TO MCKEAN SQUARE
AT NORWICH PARKWAY, BOTH OF WHICH ARE PART OF THE
BOUTWELL'S LANDING CAMPUS
The Planning Commission for the City of oak Park Heights will conduct a Public
Hearing on Thursday, November 10, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. at the oak Park Heights
City Hall at 14108 oak Park Blvd. N. to consider a request for Planned Unit
Development (PUD) concept Plan for skilled care and memory care additions to
Boutwell's Landing at Norwich Ave. N. and for historic village addition to Mclean
Square at Norwich Parkway, both of which are part of the Boutell's Landing
Campus.
All who wish to comment are asked to attend and be heard.
