Fence Conflict—Water Service Agreement
2016 Street Reconstruction
I, ,the property owner of 6 tiC1 At,
located in the City of Oak Park Heights desire the City to not remove nor replace the existing water
service valve(s)that currently serve my property.This is due to a location of a fence over and/or
adjacent to such service lines and the Property Owners do not desire this fence to be impacted with the
City's 2016 Street Reconstruction Project
And therefore I request and agree to the following:
That the City add a new water service valve in line with the existing water service valve,thus adding a
joint to the existing water service line from the curb stop to the City water main located in the City right
of way and I fully accept any and all risks,direct or indirect,all replacement responsibilities associated
with the retaining of the current water service valve,addition of joints,its condition and related
equipment and future street impacts should it fail.
It is further acknowledged that the water service line from the main to the home is always the property
and responsibility of the owner to ensure its proper function and condition.
