Re: Joseph's Restaurant Sign Face Work-14608 60th St. N., Oak Park Heights, MN
Dear Mr. Kragness:
You and I spoke in late September regarding the sign/facing work that was done to the
tower at Joseph's Restaurant at 14608 60th St. N. You were advised that City Ordinance does
require a work permit for sign replacement/alteration and also that sign installers be locally
licensed. To date, I have not received your request for permit or license.
Enclosed are applications for the permit and for the
local license. Your insurance agent may fax or email
me the Certificate of Insurance required for the •44
license. Please contact me immediately with any
questions you may have.
Kindly complete them and return them to me no later
than the end of November for issuance. The permit
fee is $100 and the license fee is $30. You may remit ,t
