HomeMy WebLinkAbout2017-01-12 Public Hearing Notice & Mailing Labels NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A TEMPORARY STORAGE TENT &MOBILE OFFICE TRAILERS FOR INTERMITTENT TIME DURATIONS IN THE YEARS 2017 THROUGH 2021 DURING PERIODS OF SITE IMPROVEMENTS AS PART OF XCEL ENERGY'S 5-YEAR IMPROVEMENT PLAN AT XCEL ENERGY—A.S.KING GENERATING PLANT 1103 KING PLANT ROAD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS WASHINGTON COUNTY,MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City of Oak Park Heights,Washington County,Minnesota shall hold a public hearing, at the direction of the City Administrator,upon the application of Xcel Energy for an Interim Use Permit to allow a temporary storage tent&mobile office trailers for intermittent time durations in the years 2017 through 2021,during periods of site improvements as part of Xcel Energy's 5-Year Improvement Plan at Xcel Energy-A.S. King Generating Plant, 1103 King Plant Rd.,the affected property being situated within the City of Oak Park Heights,County of Washington and State of Minnesota, and legally described as follows: Washington County GEO Code: 34.03.202.43.0005 The public hearing shall be held before the Planning Commission on Thursday,January 12, 2017 at 7:00 o'clock p.m. at the City Hall, 14168 Oak Park Blvd.N., Oak Park Heights, Minnesota 55082. All written and oral comments will be considered. Review of the findings and recommendation of the Planning Commission is anticipated to be held by the City Council on Tuesday,January 24,2017 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. at the City Hall.
