The applicant shall provide a delineation of parking stall use on the car dealership lot, subject to City review. 3. No sales, repair work or servicing of vehicles will be allowed on the off -site lot. 4. The off -site lot will remain under the same ownership as the car dealership lot. 5. The City Engineer shall approve the location of the driveway from the off -site lot to Neal Avenue North. 6. No signage, including signs within car windows other than MSRP or warranty stickers, shall be allowed on he off -site lot. Directional signage, consistent with the Zoning Ordinance provisions, shall be allowed. 7. The City Council shall allow 10 foot setbacks for all parking/curb barriers on the off -site lot. g.
