As you know, we ate seeking approval of :Phase I, ,Stage 1 of Boutwell.s_Lfanding so that we can beuia grading, utility and road aid v begin construction of the Phase I townhouses,' 'Presbyterian Homes, Lakeview Hospital and Croixdale, the Sponsors of valley '' Senior Services Alliance, are pleased to be bringing a state�-okhe-azt housina a;nd NP sup portive services camp to Oak :Park Heights. Each sponsor has a lone reputation pp p for quality services a attractive, well- mintained buil and grounds, 'fie feel we have gone an extra measure in many w ays to be a ood neighbor and project in the cony. rn u pity. We are not getting any pity tax increment or assistance on the develo ment yet we are pr several hundred thousand dollars -in imp:rovern nts • p for a City park in addition to providing the land.
