Repair scope for area(2): • Remove deck and railings from repair area. • Remove siding as needed to access the wall flashing. • Remove flashing on one side of skid. • Remove all gravel from repair area. • Remove roofing from repair area. • Remove all wet insulation from repair area. • Install new insulation to repair area. • Install 3 plies of roofing felts in hot asphalt. • Install new base flashing to building wall,skid,and outside canted edge. • Install two coats of 838 Supreme coating to the new 3ply roofing felts. • Install deck back in same location. • Replace deck screws as needed due to fastener deterioration. • Install siding as needed. • Remove all debris from job site. Area 2 for the sum of:$14,975.00 Notes: • To follow OSHA fall safety,we will be hoisting and using fall safety carts during the project. • Building permit included. • Dumpster and hoisting included. Area 1 For the sum of:$3,995.00 Notes: • The wood blocking repairs will need to be completed prior to the roof repair. • Scope of repair subject to change depending on contractors need for structural repairs.
