or 14791 60th St N, we have no SAC history. If it was connected to sewer(not septic) prior to 1973,the property would
receive a minimum of 1 SAC unit for the demolition credit. If you know the use was office,you would take the gross
square feet (exclude basement) x 80% usable space @ 2400 sq. ft./SAC to calculate the demolition credit,The SAC-C
form would need to be filled out for this demolition. l ')

We have two buildings that we issued demolition permits for:
14791 60th St. N.—Former Office Building connected to City water and sewer 11-20-1971
And
5965 Osgood Ave. N.—Former Valvoline Rapid Oil Change—SAC paid in 1989(09-7-89)on bldg.. permit 3067
These two structure are to each side of the existing Holiday Station,which will be pulled down itself at some point and
the whole site redeveloped for a new Holiday Station with a car wash.They just received their City approvals and there
is roadwork stuff occurring between the governing agencies associated in the area.
I am reporting the demo's on Form D,which asks for C. I do not have new site information for C as of yet. How am I
supposed to report these properly.
