Cit Planner Richards provided an overview of the re includin the Cit Council's
re to provide a recommendation on the decorative li fixtures and the screenin

Chair Vo opened the hearin for public comment at 7:58 p.m.
Ken Hoo e of Sr. Housin Partners introduced himself and made himself available for

Commissioner Runk, seconded b Commissioner Powell, moved to close the public
hearin at 7:59 p.m. Carried 5-0.
Discussion ensued as to desi of enclosure and nature of re screenin
Chair Vo seconded b Commissioner Li1je moved to recommend Cit Council
approval of the amended planned unit development for the site plan chan approval
of the decorative carria st li as installed on the buildin and approval of the
plans for the mechanical screenin enclosures, subject to the followin conditions:
The trash enclosure shall be screened with additional landscapin as approved
b the Cit Arborist.
