The City Planner and the applicants Architect shall meet to determine if adjustments or stone enhancements to the walls now bordering the access to the trash enclosures would improve screening further without impairing the functionality of the trash removal area. III. REFERENCE ATTACHMENT: The recommendations of the City Planner and site drawings as adopted by the Planning Commission and City Council are annexed hereto be as "Reference Attachment B ". The real property affected by said application is legally described as follows, to wit: SEE ATTACHMENT A 2. The applicant has submitted an application and supporting documentation to the Community Development Department consisting of the following items: and and A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THAT THE REQUEST BY VALLEY SENIOR SERVICES ALLIANCE FOR AN AMENDED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND APPROVAL OF LIGHT FIXTURES AND SCREENING FOR THE MAIN CAMPUS BUILDING AT BOUTWELLS LANDING SHOULD BE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS 3.
