WITHIN THE OAK PARK SENIOR LIVING DEVELOPMENT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS WASHINGTON COUNTY,MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City of Oak Park Heights, Washington County, Minnesota shall hold a public hearing, at the direction of the City Administrator, upon the application of Anchobaypro, Inc., for Planned Unit Development: General Plan to allow construction of a 3-story, 72 unit senior apartment building to be located east of Nova Scotia Ave. N., at Lower 59th St. N. and Planned Unit Development Amendment to allow a covered walkway connection between buildings located at 13936 Lower 59th St.N. and 13945 Upper 58th St. N., within the Oak Park Senior Living development, affected property being situated within City of Oak Park Heights, County of Washington and State of Minnesota. The public hearing shall be held before the Planning Commission on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 7:00 o'clock p.m. at the City Hall, 14168 Oak Park Blvd. N., Oak Park Heights, Minnesota 55082. All written and oral comments will be considered. Review of the findings and recommendation of the Planning Commission is anticipated to be held by the City Council on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. at the City Hall.
