Enclosed for y our records, please find ori for the Conditional Use Permit (Cit File
No. 798.02-01.04) and the Public Walkwa and Bike Path Easement and A which now
have been si b both the Cit and Net Lease Development LLC.
Duplicate ori of both documents have been provided to Sharon Ruane at
Commercial Partners Title, LLC. Sharon will work directl with the Cit to obtain a certified
cop of the Conditional Use Permit for recordin and Sharon will also submit the Easement for
recordin with the Washin Count Recorder's Office.
