Re: City Water Service Connection—5805 St. Croix Trail N.
Dear Mr. Dahlke:
Thank you for meeting with City Administrator Johnson, Public Works Director Kegley and myself this
morning with regard to the water service connection undertaken at Dahl-Tech.
The outcome of the conversation exchanged at our meeting is that:
• The City understands that the plumbing plans have been submitted to the MN DLI for
plumbing plan review by Hausner Plumbing. As a result of this activity, the City will
suspend termination of the water service at Dahl-Tech for 30 days to both allow the plan
review process to occur and the work to be implemented.
• Once the meter is in operation and recording water usage, the City will monitor the usage
for three quarters and then estimate the usage for the time period between when the well was
abandoned (02-06-2017) and the meter placed into operation and will charge Dahl-Tech for
the estimated usage during that time.
